Anodizing

As Machined / Deburring

Part Size

Max size: 3000 × 1500 × 600 mm (5-axis). Design within machine envelope for optimal efficiency.

Wall Thickness

Metals: ≥ 0.8 mm;Plastics: ≥ 1.5 mm. Thin walls can lead to vibration, warping, or failure.

Internal Radii / Fillets

Radius ≥ 1/3 of cavity depth. Larger radii allow the use of bigger, more stable milling tools.

Cavity Depth

Should not exceed 4× width. Deeper cavities risk tool deflection and poor surface finish.

Holes

Minimum hole Ø: 1 mm. Recommended depth: ≤ 10× diameter. Follow standard drill sizes.

Threads / Tapped Holes

M2–M16 supported. Ideal depth: 2–6× thread diameter. Custom threads available on request.

Text & Logos

Engraved text: Minimum width 0.5 mm, depth 0.1 mm. Laser engraving also available.

Undercuts

T-slot: 3–40 mm wide. Dovetail: Standard angle 45° or 60°. Avoid if not essential.
